Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). All transactions therefore are processed in Australian Dollars only. 

Accepted Credit Cards

You may pay for your orders with major credit cards issued in Australia. Currently, we accept Visa® and MasterCard®.

Available Payment Methods

You can pay with Visa® and MasterCard® via a secure payment gateway or PayPal.

Please note that our PayPal transactions incur a 2.4% fee to cover the additional cost using this service.

Shipping & Delivery Costs

We only ship to Australian addresses.

Australian Standard Delivery - $9.95

Allow 2-7 business days.

Express Delivery Option - $19.95

Overnight delivery to Melbourne Metro, Sydney Metro, Adelaide Metro. Please allow 2-3 days for other Australian Metro. Express Delivery is not available outside these areas.

Orders with a goods value over $100.00 will be delivered free, unless express option is required. An additional delivery charge may be applied for deliveries to remote locations. We will notify the purchaser prior to passing on the additional freight charge. We retain the right to cancel any order and offer a refund accordingly.

Refunds & Returns

If you believe your product is damaged or faulty and wish to return it for a replacement or refund please call 03 9543 1000 within 30 days of goods being dispatched.  We may request you email us a photo of proof of damage.

Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds if you have changed your mind, made an incorrect selection or have found a cheaper priced item somewhere else. Therefore we recommend that you take due diligence whilst shopping online and preview your order before proceeding with the final payment. We will at your cost provide a replacement product to the same value.

Goods Damaged in Transit

Should you believe goods that have arrived are damaged please contact a customer representative on 03 9543 1000 to arrange a replacement or refund. It is necessary to provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods. In the case of returns the damaged goods must come back in the same condition as delivered. This includes all original packaging.

Returns Shipping

Any shipping costs attributed to returning the goods where the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective product) will be at the cost of the provider. We recommend proof of postage for your return.

 

Returns Timeframe

Goods must be returned within 30 days from the day goods are dispatched by us.

Refund Method

Refunds can only be made using the same payment method you used to make your online purchase. Refunds are processed within (5) days of receipt of return or upon receiving photographic evidence. Bank delays are out of our control.

We use trusted and secure shipping services, including Australia Post, Toll and Couriers Please.

Order Tracking

We will include tracking details in your order confirmation email. Otherwise, simply call us on 03 9543 1000 or email info@royaldoultonfragrances.com.au and we will be able to provide the status and location of your order.

Dispatch Timeframes

Orders placed before 11am AEST Monday to Thursday will be dispatched on same day. Orders placed outside these times will be dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 2-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.

At all times we aim for prompt delivery and dispatch, however, delivery and dispatch times are only indicative as we rely on third parties beyond our control.
